ISIS and the Type 65 Daytona...
Okay Guys,
It's Jay penning this tonight. I wanted to write this one myself. I've always had a warm spot in my heart for the Daytona Coupe. It was actually the Factory Five version of this car that got me into this business.
We've blogged about Bob Littlefield and his team at Littlefield Customs before. They built a killer Camaro in 2012 that was wired with our ISIS Intelligent Multiplex System. Check the archives of our blog for posts on this car.
Bob has a new project. He is building a Type 65 Daytona from Factory Five. You can learn more about the details of this kit at the Factory Five website by clicking here.
Bob is keeping this one pretty simple. He is wiring the car with our 3-Cell Kit and inLINK. We will be doing a little bit of custom code for him.
He has the kit assembled and through paint. He is getting ready to wire it. He just posted an overview video on YouTube showing off where he is in the project. Check it out below.
Keep an eye on our blog to get updates on this project.

Built to Cruise in 5.0 Mustang Magazine...
Check out June 2013 issue of 5.0 Mustang & Super Fords to see some great coverage of Mike Raburn's Built-to-Cruise. What started life as a 1989 Mustang LX has turned into a Coyote-powered cross breed monster. Dale Amy wrote a great article covering all of the details of the car. If you remember, Dale wrote the article covering our ISIS wiring job in Steve Turner's 1988 Mustang. You can catch that one from 2009 by clicking this link.
We first hooked up with Mike on www.stangnet.com. His goal was to take the classic car and modernize it. The name of the car is Built-to Cruise and that is what he created: a powerful and functional car that is perfect for the street. He wired the car with our 3-Cell Kit, inLINK and inMOTION. There are some great pictures of the install in the article in the magazine. Mike was able to eliminate a ton of the original wiring from the car and replace it with our ISIS Power system. The harnesses from that generation of Mustangs were never that great and they fell apart easily after 20 plus years of road use. Our ISIS Intelligent Multiplex System was a great option to re-wire the car.
Mike is using all of the features of the 3-Cell Kit including our standard one-button start feature. This function lets him start the car just like any late-model luxury car without having to add any extra hardware to his system. Check out the video that he shot showing this off.
He has a great build thread for the project on the Stangnet site. Click here to follow it.
Watch for this article in the June issue. We'll post the link on the blog once the magazine puts it up on their website.

Thundertaker in Hotrod Magazine
Yes, it is big, bad and filled with tons of ISIS Power products. The Thundertaker, built by Bryan Fuller and his team, was featured in the May issue of Hotrod Magazine.
The Thundertaker started its life as a 1960 Cadillac Superior Coachworks hearse that’s been chopped and channeled with nearly every body panel reworked by Fuller's team of metal masters. The car was first debuted publicly in the ISIS Power booth at the 2012 SEMA show. The owner wanted the longest and baddest people hauler on the block so they filled it with every electronic gadget on the planet. The ISIS Power team was brought in to make all of the magic happen, electrically.
At its core, the Thundertaker is wired with a ISIS Power 3-Cell Kit. On top of that there are 3 different inMOTION motor controllers in the car to drive locks, the limo partition and 8 different windows. We also added inTOUCH Mobile to allow the owner the ability to control the car from his iPhone.
The Hotrod article goes into a lot more detail on the car. You can check that out by clicking this link.
You can see more of what Bryan Fuller and his team are doing by visiting their website. This link will take you there.

ISIS Article in Modified Mustangs & Fast Fords
Mark Houlihan and his team from Modified Mustangs & Fords penned a great article about our ISIS Intelligent Multiplex System that appeared in the February 2013 issue of the Magazine. Mark walks the reader through he details of wiring their "Generation Gap" Mustang project using our standard 3-Cell Kit to wire all of the basic electrical functions in the car, inLINK for alarm and security functions plus inMOTION to control the power windows and power locks. It is a great article with lots of pictures.
We first met Mark on a press tour in 2008. He already knew who we were and what we were doing based on the earlier I Squared Engineering 1+1 system. Since then, Mark has been a great advocate for us.
You can catch the article in the February 2013 issue or you can get it from the Modified Mustang & Fords website by clicking here. Keep watching their website and our blog for more updates on Project Generation Gap and how they will be using ISIS Power to get the most out of the electrical system in their Mustang.
If you want more information on how our ISIS Intelligent Multiplex System can simplify your car's wiring plus get you all of the modern electrical conveniences that you want, give our tech support guys a call at (847) 232-1991 or email us at sales@isispower.com.
