Latest Falcon F7 Video
We can never get tired with blogging about the Falcon F7. What's not to love? Ton's of horsepower, a true racing pedigree, American made near Detroit and wired with our ISIS Intelligent Multiplex System.
Jeff Lemke and his team designed this car from the beginning for performance, reliability and ease of maintenance. They turned to our team here at ISIS Power a few years ago to engineer a wiring system that would get the all of the features that their customers want in a supercar like this.
Here's a new video on YouTube showing what the car can do. Check it out!
You can learn more about the Falcon F7 from the website by visiting www.falconf7.com. You can learn more about our ISIS Intelligent Multiplex System at our website by visiting www.isispower.com or calling our guys at (847) 232-1991.

Wiring the DEI 507M Into ISIS
Our ISIS Power system brings you powerful functionality for all aspects of your car's electrical system. One of those is our alarm functions through our inLINK wireless key fobs. With inLINK, you get remote control, a vehicle immobilizer and an alarm all built in the ISIS Intelligent Multiplex System.
You can choose to use MASTERCELL inputs as triggers for the alarm. When security is set on inLINK, we honk the horn or an external siren if these inputs are triggered. These inputs can connect to pin switches on your doors or a tilt sensor like the DEI 507M.
We have created an application note specifically to show you how to wire this tilt sensor into your ISIS system.
Essentially, the red wire on their harness needs to connect to a constant 12-volt feed from the battery. The light-blue wire in their harness connects to the MASTERCELL input wire for the alarm trigger. The orange wire needs to be connected to ground, but only when the ignition is off. This is what calibrates the angle for the tilt sensor. This diagram shows you how to simply add a small relay to ground the orange wire on their harness when the ignition is off.
You can download a PDF of this application note at this link.
Please contact our technical support team at (847) 232-1991 or at sales@isispower.com if you have any questions about how to get the most out of the features of your ISIS Intelligent Multiplex System.

Great ISIS Install in a 55 Chevy
This next customer car has to be one of the neatest and most meticulously executed ISIS installs that we have seen. These pictures were sent to use from Randy Gribble of Lake City Rod & Custom in Watertown, South Dakota. He built this '55 Chevy for his customer Fred H.
As most of these projects are, this was a 5-year project for Randy and his team. They started with a 1955 Chevy body but used the '56 trim for a different look. Under the body is a LS3 from Street & Performance mated with a Tremec 5-speed transmission bolted to an Art Morrison chassis.
The whole project tapped out every possible guy in the Watertown area. Randy Lauren of Lauren's Hot Rods did the body work and the paint. Andy Wicks of DynoTune tweaked the engine. Randy also got support from Josh Powers of Custom Image Corvettes, another existing ISIS Power customer.
Randy wired the car with our 3-Cell Kit, inLINK and inMOTION. He worked with our tech team to do a little custom programming to make the car unique. One of the features is that he has motorized the left-hand tail-light assembly that covers the gas filler. He can push a button on his inLINK key fob and the filler cover will open and close.
Check out the cleanliness of the wiring job here.
From here, the car goes to Paul Atkins Interiors in Alabama to get the interior trimmed.
Congrats to Fred & Randy on an awesome car. Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Tec9 Camaro with ISIS at SEMA
There are always a lot of Camaros at SEMA. The '69 in particular is a monumental ride. Building a unique '69 Camaro that stands out against everything else at SEMA is a awesome feat. Behold the TEC9 Camaro build by Mitch Henderson Designs.
This car includes a ton of details that can only be appreciated up front and close. The air bagged suspension was fabricated completely in house by their team. The body was heavily modded and sculpted. The only way to describe the interior is plush. They have a Street & Performance polished LS7 under the hood. Don Hardy Race Engines CNC'd the heads, ground a custom cam, added his valve covers, coil pack covers and a valley pan. They estimate that this will crank out 700 hp. All of these pieces come together to make this an amazing machine.
Hidden in the belly of this beast is our ISIS Power hardware. We worked closely with Rob Wechler and Mitch Henderson to get them what they needed to wire the Camaro with our ISIS Intelligent Multiplex System.
They started with our 3-Cell Kit to wire all of the base functions in the car. From there, they added inMOTION to wire the power windows and locks, inDASH to clean up the wiring behind the dash and inTOUCH Mobile so they can control the car from their iPhone.
Kevin Oeste of V8TV did a great interview with Rob showing off the highlights of the car. Check it out below.
Congratulations to Mitch & Rob for a flawlessly executed 1969 Camaro. The ISIS Power team is proud to be a part of it. You can learn more about their shop at their Facebook page by clicking here.

Update on Stalker V8 Build
Our customer, Mike O, send us some updated picture of his ISIS wiring job in his Stalker V8. This is a unique component car. While it is small, there are still a lot of electrical functions that have to be wired to make it work correctly. As there are no wiring harnesses available for this car in the market, Mike turned to our universal ISIS Power system to wire it.
This is his second car wired with ISIS. He saw the benefits of wiring his Birkin before with ISIS so he returned to our team when it came time to wire his Stalker.
Here are some pictures of the car with the MASTERCELL and POWERCELL installed and wired into the chassis.
Mike has the MASTERCELL and POWERCELL mounted directly behind the dash. This makes the wiring to his switches very short. Same with his output harnesses from the POWERCELL.
Give our guys a call to learn more about how our ISIS Intelligent Multiplex System can help you wire any car that you are building. You can reach us at (847) 232-1991 or at sales@isispower.com.

ISIS Power in the V8 Stalker
Our customers have used our ISIS Power system to wire a very broad range of cars, trucks and custom vehicles. In some cases, there are no aftermarket wiring harnesses available to for what they are building. Our universal wiring systems give the builder complete flexibility to power all of the electrical functions in their vehicles.
Some of our customer project are really complicated. They involve multiple POWERCELLs, inMOTION motor controllers, touch screens, key fobs and battery management systems. Others, are pretty straight forward. In either case, our customers get simplified wiring when they use ISIS.
Here's another great example. Mike O is a repeat ISIS customer. His present project is a Stalker built by Brunton Auto in St. Petersburg, FL. Motivated by a V8, this car looks like a ton of fun.
Mike is using our ISIS Power 2-Cell Kit with inLINK to control all of the electrical functions in the car. Here are some highlights of Mike's build.
You can follow the progress of Mike's build on the Brunton site by clicking here. He has a lot more pictures showing the overall project.

ISIS Cell Locations in Factory Five GTM
A lot of guys have been looking at the different Factory Five GTM's that we have posted about on the blog lately. Some have asked where the builders have mounted their MASTERCELL, POWERCELLs and inMOTION Cells. ISIS customer Hugo R sent us some pictures from his build showing where he located the cells in his car.
Remember that one of the big benefits of using ISIS to wire your car is that you you place the cells close to where you need them. This reduces the total amount of wire harness needed in the car. The MASTERCELL should be located close to your switches. The POWERCELLs should be located close to your lights, fans, ECU's, starter solenoids and other switched functions in the car.
Here's where Hugo mounted his cells.
If you have any questions about installing ISIS if your car, please contact our technical support group at (847) 232-1991 or email us at sales@isispower.com

1967 C10 Pickup at 2012 SEMA Show
We first met Maurie H at a SEMA show a few years ago. He had heard about our ISIS Power products and was looking to add some unique features to his latest project truck. He wired this truck with our ISIS 3-Cell Kit, our inMOTION controller, our inVIRONMENT and our inTOUCH MAX screen.
The 3-Cell Kit got him an easy way to wire all of the basic functions in the truck including the lighting, engine management, cooling fans, fuel pumps and horns. inMOTION got him simple control of his windows and doors. inVIRONMENT lets him control his heating and A/C through the Vintage Air Gen-IV. inTOUCH MAX gave him streamlined control of everything from a touch screen in the dash. The finished product is a clean looking truck with streamlined wiring.
If you want to see Maurie's truck in person, you can see it in the HRIA booth at the 2012 SEMA Show. You can learn more about our ISIS Power products at www.isispower.com or you can stop by booth 24959 to learn more.
More Details on the Fuller Hot Rods Thundertaker
Our friends at V8TV stopped by our booth at the 2012 SEMA Show to check out the Thundertaker. This is the 1960 Cadillac hearse turned limousine that Bryan Fuller and his team built for one of their customers. Everything about this car is extreme... its length, the chassis, the engine, the sunroof, the fins and the wiring system.
Kelle had a chance to sit down with Bryan Fuller to talk through the details of the car. Check out the video below.
We'll be blogging more about all of the details of the wiring system in the car and how our ISIS Power system made wiring a complicated job like this very easy for the Fuller team.
If you want to see the Thundertaker up-close and personal, stop by the ISIS Power booth at the 2012 SEMA Show. We're in booth 24959. You can't miss it.
Come and See the Thundertaker at ISIS Power Booth
The entire ISIS Power team is proud to have the Thundertaker in our booth at the 2012 SEMA Show. This is an amazing creation built by Bryan Fuller and his team at Fuller Hot Rods.
The Thundertaker started its life as a 1960 Superior Royale Landaulet. Their end customer wanted something different so he brought this car to the Fuller team to build a limousine out of it.
First off, this thing is huge. It sits on the largest chassis that Art Morrison ever built. It also has a sunroof that is in the running for the largest in the Guinness Book of World Records. This short video gives you a feel for how huge this thing really is. It just keeps going and going.
Bryan's team wired the Thundertaker with our 3-Cell Kit as a starter. They then added 3 of our inMOTION cells to control all of the windows, the sunroof and the limousine partition. You can only imagine the amount of wiring and the number of relays that were eliminated by wiring this beast with ISIS.
Here are a few pictures of the car in the booth. We'll be posting more over the course of the week to show off what ISIS did to make this car stand out.
You can see the Thundertaker, built by Fuller Hot Rods in the ISIS Power booth, 24959, at the 2012 SEMA Show. Stay tuned for more blog posts from SEMA 2012.

Finished GTM Wired with ISIS Power
We've blogged about this specific GTM before. Brian P just sent us some awesome pictures of the finished product, including an interior to die for. Brian P has been working on this car for some time. He has had some help from Shane Vacek of VRaptor Speedworks. The interior was done by Rick at Creative Audio Werks in Arizona. The finished product is stunning.
Brian has a very complete ISIS Power install in this car. He started with a 3-Cell Kit to wire all of the basic lighting and engine functions. We have a specific 3-Cell Kit configuration that we created for the Factory Five GTM. You can see that configuration here. This gave Brian a very easy way to wire the lighting, turn signals, fans, ECU power, starter solenoid, horn and other switched functions in the car.
He also added our inMOTION Motor Controller for his windows. This seamlessly integrates with the 3-Cell Kit to control things that move up and down. In addition to wiring his windows, he is using inMOTION to control an electronic parking brake and a very unique gauge pod that raises from the dash on a set of motors. It is a very cool look.
From there, he added our inTOUCH MAX. He wanted a central control point in the car that would eliminate all of the clutter of switches on the dash. This gives him easy control of starting the car, lighting, windows and locks, all from a stylish touch screen.
Lastly, he added our inTOUCH Mobile so that he can control the car from his iPhone. His gives him the flexibility to enable and disable security, control his locks and turn on lighting from his phone.
Thanks to Brian for sharing these pictures. We're proud to be a part of this build.

ISIS Power- Where do I start to rewire my car?
Since we started the ISIS Power business in 2007, we have expanded our product offering significantly. We often get the question about where you should start to wire your car with ISIS. This post will help you start from the beginning. Regardless of the car and its ultimate complexity, most builds start with our 3-Cell Kit.
This link will take you to the details of the 3-Cell Kit.
The 3-Cell Kit is a universal system that gets you everything that you would need to wire 20-circuit in the car. It includes one MASTERCELL to connect to your switches and 2 POWERCELLs. You typically place one POWERCELL up front to power things like headlights, turn signals, parking lights, ECU, starter solenoid, horn, dash illumination, etc. The second POWERCELL goes in the rear and powers the tail lights, turn-signals, fuel pump, amps, etc. The kit also includes all of the harnesses for the inputs and outputs plus the fuses to protect the power lines going to the POWERCELLs. The basic programming covers all of the basic car functions including our one-button start.
This link takes you to the manual for the 3-cell kit.
This link takes you to the standard front-engine configuration for the system, which is what you would need for most vehicles.
This details all of the input wire colors and output wire colors for the different functions in the car. This includes the fuel pump, fans and all of the other powered accessories. If you'd like to watch a video that gives you more information on how to read our configuration sheet, click on this link.
The 3-Cell Kit gets you everything to get power from the battery up to the individual accessories in the car. We give you the 4-gauge to go from the battery to the included primary fuse block. We give you all of the power harnesses for the POWERCELLs, the input harnesses to the MASTERCELL, the POWERCELL output harnesses plus the CAN cable that connects everything together. All of the harnesses are terminated on one end with the ISIS mating connector. The other is a length of wire. You run the harness to length, dress it and crimp on your terminal to connect to your accessory.
Most of our customers add inLINK. This gets you wireless control of the car through a 16-function key fob for things like lights, door poppers and panic functions. It also gets you a powerful security system. When the system is locked from the key fob, the outputs for ignition, starter and fuel pump are completely blocked out from within the MASTERCELL. Trying to activate the switch does nothing until the system is unlocked from the key fob. The best thing about inLINK is that is part of ISIS. You don’t need to connect in a separate alarm or radio control module. You can get more details here.
From here, you can get as extreme with the electrical and wiring system in your car. If you'd like to learn more check us out at www.isispower.com or give our guys a call at (847) 232-1991.

Red Bull Promotional Truck Wired With ISIS
We occasionally get customers who bring their vehicles by our office to show them off. Last week, Adam Buck of Red Bull brought their International MXT truck by to show it off. Adam hooked has been working with the guys at Agile Vehicle Modifications to create the ultimate party vehicle to promote the Red Bull brand.
The Agile guys, now part of Midwest Truck Designs, are the experts on the MXT. They turned to ISIS Power when they had to find a way to wire all of the switched accessories in their trucks. From the dash, Adam needs to control scene lighting, fog lamps, interior lights, plus power to their gaming consoles, TV's and audio. Instead of wiring all of these things point-to-point back to a central fuse and relay box, they installed our ISIS 3-Cell Kit with an extra POWERCELL. This let them mount the MASTERCELL behind the center console to keep their switch wiring short. They then could place the POWERCELLs in the truck where they needed them. They have two of the POWERCELLs in a storage compartment above the driver's head and one in the rear of the truck.
They also added inTOUCH Mobile so that Adam can control the lighting functions from the iPad that he has in the truck.
This truck is a great example of the versatility of our ISIS Intelligent Multiplex System. They were able to easily wire a complicated vehicle with a lot of electrical demands. It took less time and less wire to wire it plus they have a more flexible system. As they need to add additional switched loads to the truck, they can simply add those outputs to their existing system.
If you'd like to learn more about how ISIS can help you wire your car, truck or specialty vehicle, call our technical support team at (847) 232-1991.

ISIS Power Install in Challenger
Here's another good customer install example.
Steve S. recently finished his Challenger project. He turned to our team at ISIS Power when it was time to wire the car. Like most of our customer installs, he wanted this to be pretty simple and straight forward. He went with our 3-Cell Kit and inLINK to wire the car plus get security functions.
His used his 3-Cell Kit to wire his headlights, parking lights, turn signals, ignition, starter, cooling fan, horn, brake lights and interior lighting.
Here are a few pictures of the finished car and some of his mounted cells.
He has started a thread on the For A Bodies Only forum talking about his ISIS install and his experiences with the system. You can follow that thread by clicking this link.
Stay tuned for more examples of ways guys are simplifing their wiring with the ISIS Intelligent Multiplex System.

1952 Ford Victoria Wired With ISIS
We just received some great pictures of Jay S's 1952 Ford Victoria. He bought this car in 1957 and customized it throughout high school.
A few years ago, the time came to restore the car again. When he was ready to wire it, he connected with our team here at ISIS Power to get what he needed for his electrical system.
He started with our 3-Cell Kit to wire all of the switched functions in the car. This replaced the original wire harness that came with the car. He also added inLINK to control the car remotely plus protect it with the built-in security system. He used our inDASH harness to wire his gauges and switches and finally added inRESERVE to protect his battery.
His first show since he finished the restoration was the Hot August Nights in Reno. To his suprise, he won a bunch of trophies.
Here are some pictures of the finished car.

Alston Performance Electronics Install Video...
As we've talked about before, we have partnered with the guys at Alston Racing to create a specific wiring system for drag cars. This is based around our core multiplexing technology and offers a ton of benefits to anyone wiring a dragster.
The base of this is our standard 2-Cell Kit. You get one MASTERCELL cell to connect to your switches and one POWERCELL to control you switched loads. It also includes our proprietary CAN bank of switches. These come pre-configured, with labels and indicator lights for all of your key functions in the car including your ignition, starter, fuel pump, water pump, cooling fans and lighting. There are also provisions for inputs on the MASTERCELL for a neutral safety switch, switch for a line-lock solenoid and trans-brake solenoid. Wiring your race car could never be easier.
We also include all of the wire that you would need plus the primary fuses to protect the power feeds going to the POWERCELL.
Here are the key benefits to anyone wiring a drag race car.

- Less weight: multiplexing means less wire, less complexity and less weight in the wire harness.
- Built in diagnostics: right from the inSIGHT screen on the MASTERCELL, the system points to where problems could be in your electrical system.
- Simple switches: the bulk of your switches come pre-wired in a panel that mounts easily anywhere on the cage. There is one simple cable that runs from your switch panel to the MASTERCELL for easy hook up.
- No relays: the system's solid state design eliminates failures due to damaged relay contacts. Under extreme tire shake, there are no moving parts to worry about.

Falcon F7 at Woodward Dream Cruise...
Jeff Lemke and his team at Falcon Motorsports took the chance to show off their F7 Super Car at the 2012 Woodward Dream Cruise this August. Even though this is traditionally a classic car event, the F7 stole the show.
The F7 is the product of several years of engineering effort combined with a tremendous amount of design and styling. The result is a one-of-a-kind super car that is turns heads. Most importantly, this one is Made In the USA in the cradle of the American car industry.
Jeff and his team turned to ISIS Power early on in their process to design an electrical system and wiring harness that would get them the features and functions that their customers were demanding. Based on our standard 3-Cell Kit with inMOTION and inLINK, they have a turn-key electrical system that is easy for them to install plus it gives them state of the art functionality.
Here is a short video showing off the F7 as it was at the Dream Cruise.
You will also note that it is parked to its close cousin the SL-C built by Fran Hall and his team at Superlite Cars.
You can learn more about the Falcon Motorsports F7 by visiting their website at www.falconf7.com. You can also pick up the phone to talk to them at (248) 328-2222.
